For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Snap2kart Fashion Hub is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. NutriLux reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to, technical errors, stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or any other unforeseen circumstances. NutriLux’s decision regarding order cancellation shall be final, and the company shall not be held liable for such cancellations.
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimated and may vary due to logistical or operational factors.
NutriLux strives to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and service information. However, typographical or technical errors may occur. In such cases, NutriLux reserves the right to either contact the user for further instructions or cancel the order and notify the user accordingly.

In certain cases, NutriLux may request additional information or verification before accepting an order. If an order (or part of it) is cancelled after payment has been processed, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by NutriLux:
NutriLux reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Reasons for cancellation may include product unavailability, quantity limitations, pricing errors, address issues, or concerns identified by NutriLux’s fraud prevention processes. By placing an order, the user agrees not to dispute such cancellations.
Cancellation by the User:
Users may request order cancellations. NutriLux reserves the right to accept or reject such requests. If the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, NutriLux will cancel the order and issue a full refund within a reasonable period. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. The determination of whether an order has been processed rests solely with NutriLux.
Bulk Orders
NutriLux reserves the right to cancel orders identified as “Bulk Orders.” Any reward points, discounts, or promo codes used for such orders will not be refunded. Orders may be classified as bulk if they include, but are not limited to:

NutriLux’s maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to providing a replacement of the same product or an alternative product of equal value.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
